ebookskins Brand Identity - ePrint Design
ebookskins is a personal bespoke design company run by myself, Joe hewett-Hobson. Our main objective is to bring a passionate and relative cover design to the self-published eBook market. The brand I have developed works around the idea of identity. As a book cover is the identity of its type, i wanted a design that would portray that concept. I came to the conclusion of using a fingerprint within my design/brand. The fingerprint works spot on. This design followed the idea and function I wanted to represent the brand. It works on a multitude of levels, from the idea of a cover having its own identity to the use of fingers as the navigation tool in the targeted market (eBooks). Also, having 'skin' in the brand name just enhanced the use of an artistic fingerprint.
